Organic farming is a system of agricultural practices that seeks to work in harmony with nature rather than against it. In the long-term perspective, it is the endeavor of the State Government to make Nagaland a Total Organic State.

Having organic markets within walking distance for farmers to sell their products in all district HQs will help.

Also, transportation of products from village HQ to commercial hubs like Dimapur and Kohima through NST will help in cutting cost in transportation.
